Subscription commencement date
Your subscription will commence with the next available issue. Note that it is a quarterly publication so depending on when you subscribe it may take up to 3 months to be emailed your first issue. You will receive newsletters from us throughout the term of your subscription.

Non-receipt of item

If the address provided on your order is incorrect – e.g. entering it incorrectly when you order, neglecting to update your mailing address (by logging in to your account) prior to the magazine being sent, or moving after ordering the magazine – we will provide you with a digital edition. A replacement will not be sent.

If the item is returned to our address, you can pay shipping (EUR9.95 for the UK/Europe/North America and EUR14.95 for Australia/NZ/Asia and the rest of the world) to have the magazine resent to you. For parcels, the resend fee will be calculated at the rate for parcels using the cheapest possible method.

Magazines are sent from the UK – if you live in a country outside of the UK, we do not take responsibility for magazines that do not arrive as we cannot guarantee the efficacy of international mail. In the case of non-receipt of item in these countries, we will provide you with a digital edition – a replacement will not be sent. Should you wish to have your magazines delivered by courier with tracking, please get in touch with us for a quote.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not provide refunds, including if you change your mind, your circumstances change, or you make a wrong decision. We do not take responsibility for items that are damaged in transit – if your mailbox cannot fit magazines or isn’t waterproof, please contact your post office about delivery to ensure that the magazine doesn’t arrive damaged. If you would like to have your magazine(s) sent in a waterproof or padded bag, this will cost an additional AUD$9.95/EUR9.95. To arrange this, please get in touch with us by responding to the order receipt email you receive.

Should we for any reason be unable to send you editions of the magazine, any remaining issues will be fulfilled by sending you a digital edition of one of our magazines.

Shipping and Delivery Policy – online store orders of back issues
We deliver products around the world using Australia Post and Royal Mail (UK). Shipping costs are included in the price displayed. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks) depending on your location within Australia and the UK. Orders outside the UK and Australia take between 10-30 business days (2-6 weeks) – the further you are from our distribution centres in the UK and Australia, the longer the timeframe.
